Dojutsu

When you first get one from the start of the site, the eye is locked (same if you buy them). This means you have to gain the stage 1 or 1 tomoe by training to gain it first. Most of the doujutsu level up and this is important for the progression of your character, but leveling up all depends on what rank your character is.
  • Genin can unlock the first stage (Stage 1 or 1 tomoe).
  • Chunin can unlock the second stage (Stage 2 or 2 tomoe).
  • Jonin can unlock stage 3 and higher (Stage 3 or 3 tomoe and higher).
All the doujutsu can see chakra but only the byakugan can see the circulatory system and allow users to hit the points with gentle fist technique.

Kekkei Genkai

In this rpg some of the well known Kekkei Genkai have vanished naturally and must now be bought or obtained through medical procedures. Once these abilities are obtained and learned the user does not have to spend any chakra activating them or using them. Also these abilities do not have rank restrictions. Once obtained the user can learn the kekkei genkai immediately, however any jutsu for the kekkei genkai must still be learned at the correct rank.

Sharingan & Tomoe System

1 Tomoe Sharingan
  • 100 Training Points are required to unlock
  • The 1 tomoe sharingan allows the user to track agility up to 10 and break all genjutsu below E-Rank instantly.
  • The 1 tomoe sharingan also allows the user to copy and use any D-rank or below gen, nin, or tai jutsu witnessed in the current battle as long as they have the requirements to perform it.
2 Tomoe Sharingan
  • 200 Training Points are required to unlock
  • The 2 tomoe sharingan allows the user to track agility up to 17 and break all genjutsu below D-Rank instantly.
  • The 2 tomoe sharingan also allows the user to copy and use any C-rank or below gen, nin, or tai jutsu witnessed in the current battle as long as they have the requirements to perform it.
3 Tomoe Sharingan
  • 300 Training Points are required to unlock
  • The 3 tomoe sharingan allows the user to track agility up to 24 and break all genjutsu below C-Rank instantly.
  • The 3 tomoe sharingan also allows the user to copy and use any B-rank or below gen, nin, or tai jutsu witnessed in the current battle as long as they have the requirements to perform it.
  • The 3 tomoe sharingan allows the user to (after the battle) learn a technique witnessed for half the amount of training points normally required.
Mangekyo Sharingan
  • 1000 Training Points after death of closest member
    OR
    500 Training Points after killing closest member
  • The mangekyo sharingan allows the user to track agility up to 31 and break all genjutsu below B-Rank instantly.
  • The mangekyo sharingan also allows the user to copy and use any A-rank or below gen, nin, or tai jutsu witnessed in the current battle as long as they have the requirements to perform it.
  • The mangekyo sharingan allows the user to (after the battle) learn a technique witnessed for half the amount of training points normally required.
  • At this stage you are now allowed to train to learn Amaterasu and Tsukiyomi, and after both of those Susano'o and Blaze Release.
  • The Mangekyo sharingan user's Stamina divided by 2 is the amount of Mangekyo Sharingan techniques the user can use before having to wait 30 IC posts before using techniques again.(Ie: a Mangekyo user with 12 stamina can use any variation of the techniques 6 times (12 divide by 2 = 6) (This does include training to learn the techniques themselves.)
Eternal Mangekyo
  • Only Obtained after stealing the Mangekyo Sharingan of another member.
  • The eternal mangekyo sharingan allows the user to track agility up to 31 and break all genjutsu below B-Rank instantly.
  • The eternal mangekyo sharingan also allows the user to copy and use any A-rank or below gen, nin, or tai jutsu witnessed in the current battle as long as they have the requirements to perform it.
  • The eternal mangekyo sharingan allows the user to (after the battle) learn a technique witnessed for half the amount of training points normally required.
  • At this stage you are now allowed to train to learn Amaterasu and Tsukiyomi, and after both of those Susano'o and Blaze Release.

Name: Demonic Illusion: Burning Paper Body

Type: Supplementary
Description: This genjutsu requires the Sharingan and eye contact to be activated. The illusion traps the victim in a dark empty space where their body is made of paper that burns from toe to head while the user is watching. The purpose of this jutsu is to use the target's vision of their new form to reduce their dexterity, making it harder for the victim to battle or perform hand seals.

Description: Unlike other genjutsu, the user does not need to make eye contact with the target to use this technique, instead activating it by simply pointing at them. Crows flock from the user and turn into shuriken that bombard the opponent. They then experience the sensation of their body parts turning into their closest friends.

Name: Amaterasu
Class: Ninjutsu
Rank: S-Rank
Type: Offensive
Description: The flames are capable of burning through anything in their path, even smothering regular fire techniques with ease. Amaterasu is said to never stop burning; even when whatever is caught by the Amaterasu is completely reduced to ash or destroyed, it can still continue burning for seven days and seven nights. The flames burn fairly slowly, allowing anyone struck by Amaterasu an opportunity to remove whatever clothing or body parts have been caught ablaze. Wherever the user focuses their eyes, the flames will appear at the exact spot without moving, making it unavoidable as long as the user keeps their vision trained on the target. However, the delay in which it is launched makes it possible to evade. Amaterasu has levels of proficiency with the technique itself:
    Level 1 - The user is still adjusting to the power of their Amaterasu and is able to make the black flames appear with some difficulty, having to stand still when conjuring them. The user is not very adept and cannot easily make flames follow their eye. Extinguishing the flames is possible but very difficult for the user.
    Level 2 - The user is more adept at using the black flames and can now guide the flames toward their target using their eyes.
    Level 3 - The user has mastered their Amaterasu, the black flames can now be easily guide the fire, quell its flames, and use blaze release after training.
Drawbacks:
Requirements: Fire Release, Magekyo sharingan or Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan)

Name: Tsukuyomi
Class: Genjutsu
Rank: S-Rank
Type: Supplementary
Description: Tsukuyomi requires eye contact to be performed. When executed, the jutsu traps the target in an illusionary world that is completely controlled by the user. While it only takes a few seconds to complete in the real world, the user can make it seem as if days have passed for the target. Depending on the user's whim, they can either torture their target for what seems like days on end, or make them relive a traumatic event over and over. When the jutsu ends the resultant psychological trauma will render the target unable to fight for an extensive period of time, and possibly suffer a complete mental breakdown. Tsukiyomi has levels of proficiency with the technique itself:
    Level 1 - The user Tsukiyomi can seem like 6 hours. Within in the genjutsu the user can only cause physical paralysis. In reality the foe will be paralyzed for a few moments and mildly be disturbed.
    Level 2 - The user Tsukiyomi can seem like 12 hours. Within in the genjutsu the user can only cause physical trauma. In reality the foe will be paralyzed for a few moments and feel out of it for the rest of the battle.
    Level 3 - The user Tsukiyomi can seem like 24 hours. Within in the genjutsu the user can only cause physical wounds. In reality the foe will suffer minor panic attacks for a day.
    Level 4 - The user Tsukiyomi can seem like 48 hours. Within in the genjutsu the user can only cause bodily damage and amputation. In reality the foe will suffer severe anxiety and stress and may be unable to fight because of mental images.
    Level 5 - The user Tsukiyomi can seem like 72 hour Within in the genjutsu the user can only cause world wide destruction and massive damage. In reality the foe may have mental break down, and depression, as well as being mentally unfit for battles for about 3 days.

Name: Susanoo
Class: Ninjutsu
Rank: S-Rank
Type: Offensive, Defensive, Supplementary, Suicidal
Description: Susanoo is a technique that creates a spiritual being whichs spirit like form surrounds the user protecting them from harm, the limbs of the spirit may be used to attack foes. Like the other Mangekyō Sharingan techniques, Susanoo comes with its own risks. To sustain Susanoo, the user must act as a medium for the spirit, allowing it to consume their life force energy. This puts a severe strain on the user's body, a feeling pain in every cell in one's body. Prolonged use will lead to the user's death. Susanoo is formed through the materialization of the user's chakra and as such it may differ in appearance and colour between users. Susanoo has levels of proficiency with the technique itself:
[list]Level 1 - The user is just unlocking Susanoo and only its spiritual ribcage is visible. At this stage Susanoo can only be used for defense against most jutsu and physical attacks.
Level 2 - The user is now channeling their Susanoo's spirit. Skelatal arms as well as it ribcage are seen with muscles and tendons forming. The arms can attack and push.
Level 3 - The user now begins to fully realize their Susanoo. Susanno now is covered in armor with a sword in right hand and shield in left which can be used for ranged attacks and a sturdier defense.
Level 4 - The user's Susanoo is fully developed and now depending on secondary elements and birth village will adopt new weapons:
    Secondary Element (these weapons replace the sword)
      Lightning - Susanoo holds a cross bow good for long range
      Fire - Susanoo holds an axe good for causing physical damage
      Water - Susanoo holds a whip good for striking long distances and binding foes
      Earth - Susanoo holds a hammer for for disrupting the ground and heavy attacks
      Wind - Susanoo holds a fan that can easily blow away foes and slice with the paper part of its fan
    Birth Village (these weapons replace the shield)
      Land of Fire/Bears - Susanoo holds a large rope that although it cannot ensnare, when laid on the ground makes a barrier of fire
      Land of Lightning - Susanoo holds a large scythe able to cut through any jutsu B-Rank and below
      Land of Earth/Moon - Susanoo holds a large bell that when struck non elemental jutsu creates sound waves that disrupt and prevent fire, water, lightining, and wind jutsu
      Land of Wind/Snow - Susanoo holds a mirror that acts as a shield and can reflect B-Rank and below elemental jutsu back at the foe.
      Land of Water/Rain - Susanoo holds a large basin of mystical water that can act as a barrier or shield depending on the users wish.
Susanoo's should only be maintained for [chakra divided by 6 (round up)] number of posts. If maintained for longer the user will takes -1 to each stat for each post it is maintained permanently.

Name: Izanagi
Class: Genjutsu
Rank: Forbidden
Type: Supplementary
Description: Izanagi is a genjutsu that is cast on the user instead of others and is the most powerful amongst this type of genjutsu. When activated, the caster removes the boundaries between reality and illusion within their personal space. This allows the user to control their own state of existence. When Izanagi is activated, it is capable of turning injuries and even death inflicted upon the user into mere illusions. Whenever the user receives a fatal injury, their body fades away as a genjutsu. The user's body then returns back to reality, unscathed and physically real.
Drawbacks: Can only use with each sharingan eye once per 60 IC posts. If used more or sooner than the aforementioned time, the eye used to activate Izanagi will permanently close and be stricken with blindness, forever.
Requirements: Mangekyo Sharingan

Name: Kamui
Class: Ninjutsu
Rank: S-Rank
Type: Offensive, Defensive
Description: Using the ability granted by the Mangekyō Sharingan, the user can create a barrier sending everything within its vicinity to another dimension. The user can also control the size of the barrier. This is significant, since the chakra consumed by this technique is proportional to the mass of the target transported. There is also said to be no way to defend against this technique. However other space-time ninjutsu may be able to dodge it.
Stage 1 - Only able to transport small object with size ranging from penny to one handed swords. Can use 1 time before rest period of 30 IC posts.
Stage 2 - Able to transport small and medium objects size ranging from penny to a person or short tree. Can use 2 times before rest period of 30 IC posts.
Stage 3 - Able to transport small,medium, and large objects size ranging from penny to a boulder/a large tree/ a house. Can use 3 times before rest period of 30 IC posts.
Master - Able to transport objects of any size. Can use 3 times before rest period of 15 IC posts.

Requirements: Mangekyo Sharingan

Class: Taijutsu

Type: Defensive
Description: This jutsu utilizes the chakra control gained through Gentle Fist training to release a huge amount of chakra from all of the user's chakra points. The released chakra blocks any possible attack on the user. The user then spins rapidly to parry the attack, both creating a rotating shield of chakra around themselves and tossing away any nearby attackers. The user can also actively control the size and power of the sphere to suit the situation. This jutsu is only effective when rotating, since the chakra itself is not enough to stop a physical attack. If they cannot rotate, the user becomes vulnerable.

This technique is used to close off the flow of chakra through sixty-four chakra points of an opponent's Chakra Pathway System. This eliminates their ability to use chakra for quite some time and makes it difficult for them to move. After strikes opponent cannot use Jutsu A-Rank and above.

It is essentially a doubled version of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms performed at twice the speed. This technique is used to close off the flow of chakra through one hundred and twenty-eight chakra points of an opponent's Chakra Pathway System. This eliminates their ability to use chakra for quite some time and makes it difficult for them to move. Alternatively, it can be used to hit a great number of targets very quickly. After strikes opponent cannot use Jutsu B-Rank and above.

When using this technique, the speed of the user is comparable to that of the Reverse Lotus. After strikes opponent cannot use Jutsu C-Rank and above.

Name: Gentle Fist
Class: Taijutsu
Rank: D-Rank
Type: Offensive
Description: The Gentle Fist style of combat is based on palm strikes and generally aims to damage the body's Chakra Pathway System, thus creating difficulty by inhibiting an opponent's use of chakra. To do this, the user will forcefully insert a small amount of their own chakra into an opponent's chakra pathway system. The chakra can then be used to rupture or divert chakra flow, preventing them from using jutsu. It can also be used to attack the opponent's internal organs, to which the chakra pathway system is closely tied. Even the slightest tap from this style can cause major damage, hence the name "gentle fist." Because the chakra pathway system is invisible, the Byakugan is required for this style to be used effectively. Since the Byakugan is unique to the Hyūga clan, it has become their signature style of combat.

Additionally, the user can control the size of the chakra beams in the palms, allowing them to create larger, arc-shaped chakra beams that spread out across their entire attack range. The technique creates an "absolute defense" effect similar to that of the Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin, though the cutting nature of the chakra prevents any outside force from restricting it. Description: Outer Path is the seventh path of Pain, not included with the main Six Paths of Pain. It is used by the Naraka Path for interrogation and is capable of discerning whether an individual is lying or not. When implemented on a target, a serpent-like apparition of their life force energy, in the form of an enlarged tongue emerges from their mouth and is presented to the figure. The Outer Path then proceeds to pass its judgement on the victim. If they are lying (or refuse to answer the question), their life force energy is ripped out by its two hand-shaped tongues and consumed, leading to the victim's death. If the target is telling the truth, it lets go of the protrusion leaving the target alive but extremely exhausted. The Outer Path can only be seen by the ones it's being used upon. For its second ability, the Outer Path can repair the other paths of Pain should they be damaged or killed. When it consumed the remains of the Asura Path, the path emerged from the figure fully restored and was even wearing a new Akatsuki robe (the body had discarded its previous robe). While the Outer Path is being used for this, it seems that others are able to see it, unlike when it is being used for interrogation purpose. However, the only person to actually look at it while it was being used for this purpose was Naruto while in Sage Mode, so it is possible that normal people cannot, even for revival.

Description: This technique allows the user to enter the mind of another person or even an animal. The user transfers their consciousness to the opponent, giving them complete control of the body for a short period of time. Their original body is left defenseless while this jutsu is active, leaving it susceptible to attack until they return. The mind transfer is slow-moving, moves in a straight direction, and takes some time to return to the user's body if it misses. Because of these reasons it should only be used on immobilized targets. Similarly, if the opponent's will is strong enough, they can force the user from their body, lastly, should any physical injury befall the victim's body while the mind-link is active, it would cause the user's body to also receive those same injuries. For example, should the victim's arm be detached, the user's arm would be detached as well, leading to the conclusion that, should the victim die, the user would also die.

Any damage done to the victim's body that the user has taken over is transferred to the user's true body as well, but this can be rectified if the user cancels the jutsu before the victim's body receives the damage. Description: The Shadow Imitation Technique allows the user to extend their shadow for as far as it has sufficient area. Once it comes into contact with a target's shadow, the two merge and the target is forced to imitate the user's movements. Therefore, the two can throw shuriken at each other at the same time if the user desires that. (Of course, to prevent hurting themselves, the user just has to have the shuriken holster in a place where you don't normally have it, like the back, so that the opponent draws nothing when the user draws a shuriken.) If the target is out of range, the user can produce a better light source to increase their shadow's size or rely on preexisting shadows for their shadow to freely travel through.

The closer the user is to their opponent, the tighter the strangle will become. This technique cannot be used for an extended period of time and weakens with each passing minute. Description: This technique is used in combination with the red Akimichi food pill (also known as the chilli pill), which burns away all of a ninja's excess fat and converts it into chakra. However, anyone who eats it will die unless given medical attention soon after. To perform the jutsu, the clan member simply channels all their chakra into one hand and punches the enemy, releasing the chakra on contact. The subsequent impact not only produces a sizable crater, but is almost guaranteed to give permanent damage to the one on the receiving end.
